In this position I worked on the PAT. Unfortunately, I was discharged from this position due to on going knee problems. I had told my supervisor during the interview process that I was having serious knee problems and that I would need surgery but I was hoping to put that off until the summer of 2022. Sadly, my knee continued to deteriorate faster than expected and I missed work because of this so I had to be terminated. I only have wonderful things to say about my nursing manager and she was very understanding of my health challenges at time. I was told that this would not impede my chances of getting rehired with Eskenazi Health. Since that time I have had corrective knee surgery and I am looking forward to returning to behavioral health. Community Hospital North
