Special Education Teacher for 15 years at Mount Hope Elementary. Proposed and led first elementary class-within-a-class setting for 5th grade IEP students. Led all students to improve reading levels during the 2015-16 school year. According to March 2016 DRA test results, over half of my class increased their reading by three levels, with six levels being the highest; and 15 students are now reading above grade level.
