Preparing weekly reports for actual man-hours for both zones to make the actual graph of progress report at site on weekly basis.

Providing data to planning engineer for calculation of efficiency on weekly basis.

Collecting the data from site engineers for daily site activity report modifying it & sending to Schedule Cost Control department to be updated for client report.
