WORKING EXPERIENCE:
Concierge and Reception– Crowne Plaza & Holiday Inn Kuwait ATC February 2017 – Present Responsibilities include assisting guests with luggage, meeting and greeting guests upon arrival and departure, provide assistance to front desk staff and to concierge, as well as providing lobby doors coverage.
Assist reception for check in & check out during busy operation
Handling hotel cars logs and handling cars schedule for maintenance
Handling department store and weekly inventory of store
