Independent Medical Distributor representing Erbe, Fujinon, Verimetrix, MedServ, Spirus and other medical device/capital equipment manufacturers. Responsible for sales and support of Alabama territory. Products included the Lina Loop, Electrosurgical Generators, Argon Plasma Coagulators, Endoscopes, Processors, Surgical Instruments and Instrument Repair.

Athlon Pharmaceuticals (1/2002 – 7/2004)

Director of Training with vast responsibilities including the design and implementation of Athlon’s entire Sales Training program. Built the program from the ground up and successfully hired and trained 60 Medical Representatives and 5 District Managers. Responsible for writing all training and product manuals and coordinating all training classes. Product management was also under the training department. Successfully launched Xigris, activated protein C and the first product approved for the treatment of Sepsis, in 11 hospitals in the Birmingham area.
