VISION
EDUCATION
I believe in my company’s mantra: Evolve or Evaporate. I love ethical sales, persuasion, and leadership. With these core beliefs, I aim to find a God-centric company that will allow me to grow AND help them grow. The future is full of technology and dissipating careers… I want to help change that with passion and love. Flowery Branch High School

EXPERIENCE
March 2022-October 2022 (ADT Solar/Sunpro)
Sales Consultant/Solar Energy Specialist (8 months) (Full-Time)
• Was ranked 6th highest seller out of 200+ sales representatives in the region despite having 2 less months to sell and being new.
• Learned and mastered door knocking techniques.
• Contributed to team growth by hosting monthly training sessions. August 2015-February 2021 (Milton Martin Toyota)
Sales Consultant (3 months), Finance/Sales Manager (5 years) (Full-Time)
• Sold vehicles for 3 months before promotion with no prior car sales experience and quickly learned the value of product knowledge and following a process
• Learned how to negotiate and sell products/services to customers
(tangible and intangible products)
• Increased the Finance Department’s productivity from PVR to Product Penetration %. Broke company records in finance.
• Established and legitimized the store’s New Hire Training Curriculum. Created training programs, packets, word tracks, rubric/final assessment, and schedules.
• Established the strongest service drive mining protocol and created a new dynamic for cold calling and sales “elevator pitches”. (Auto Alert)
• Responsible for interviewing and hiring potential sales consultants.
• Hosted training events for sales consultants on a monthly basis. Also, met with sales consultants who fell below company standards on a weekly basis. Saved many employees from being let go and turned them into a strong company asset.
• Successfully recorded Spanish commercials and attended Spanish-driven community events for the dealership to boost and diversify sales leads.
• Lead the movement to change sales team compensation plans and management compensation plans. (VERY effective!)
• (Much more... I was involved in almost every venue of the sales department. Just ask!)
September 2013-August 2015 (Farmer’s Home Furniture) Sales Consultant (Part-Time)
• Learned how to showcase products to a primarily Spanish based client base. Mastered selling lingo in Spanish.
• First employee to ever obtain “Sales Consultant of the Month” as a part-time associate. I sold more than people working 45 hours a week when I only worked 22-28 hours a week. This was important to me because I learned the value of working smart and the value of cold calling potential customers.
• Learned the value of social media sales and networking. Nobody really uses social media to sell furniture… I found out it works very well!
August 2012-September 2013 (NAPA Auto Parts)
Delivery Driver/Front Counter (Part-Time)
• Learned routes for quick delivery of auto parts to local mechanics.
• Used to flip cars! I bought the parts while I worked here. I learned how cars work.
• Learned how to work with more mature clients. Many of the auto shops located in North Georgia were much older than me. I learned that when I cannot establish rapport, I must connect through credibility.
August 2012-September 2013 (University of North Georgia) English Tutor (Part-Time)
• Assisted my very own English Professors with students struggling in writing.
• Specified in persuasive writing and grammar.
• Learned how to be patient! Everyone learns at different rates.
