At the scenic Kitchen in the desert some of my responsibilities include cleaning and preparing the courtyard for opening, picking up any debris on the ground and cleaning/arranging the courtyard and tables as needed. When we open for business then greet our guests and seat them accordingly, provide water and cocktails as they decide on our menu and take their orders. Upon entering their orders in our square system, check the kitchen periodically for their orders. Handle guests card and cash and provide exact change. At the end of the day run our shift reports and clean the restaurant as needed.

The details of my job description include checking in inventory and learning about T Mobile’s Network and how our phone services work. Resolving customer problems and service issues. While cleaning multiple airbnbs in the area, our tasks included first gathering any trash throughout the guest home and disposing of it accordingly, then gathering the pepper cleaning supplies needed for each room. Gather any used linens and wash them, putting dishes in the dishwasher and begin deep cleaning the bathrooms and bedrooms. Once all cleaning is done, we then stage the house for its next guest.

As a shift manager for this company my role was to ensure the entire shift moved swiftly and smoothly, handling any customer complaints, as well as accounting for and logging all money from each register per shift. At the beginning of each shift also includes taking the temperatures of the equipment ensuring that they are being properly used and log them into our data bood. Throughout the shift as we are working diligently and swiftly, also making sure that we meet our company standard drive thru service times and reporting them to our area director.

As a team member for this establishment my main job as kitchen associate was to prepare all cooked products for the assembly line, maintain a clean area throughout and help wherever I am needed in the kitchen. At the end of my shift it also included detailed cleaning of the grill equipment for use the next day.
