Conduct executive level searches in the healthcare industry, specifically for-profit companies that are private equity backed.

Conducted 17 executive level searches for positions ranging from Vice President to Chief Executive Officer. All searches had an average completion of less than 100 days. Searches took place in payer, provider, and biotech industries and were conducted for companies valued above $1b.

Plan, prepare, and instruct the Security Cooperation Practitioners Course and Basic Engagement Skills Course. Maintain all documentation involved with the courses to include rosters, Master Lesson Files, and command briefs.

Assisted in the re-write of the Basic Engagement Skills and the Security Cooperation Practitioners Course.

Taught and certified 60 Marines to deploy with a Battalion of Georgians to Afghanistan.

Operations Manager, 8/2017–3/2020

Oversaw the partnership with cross-functional team to execute Security Cooperation Engagement Plans and coordinate military exercises with European allies.

Promoted to Captain on 1 February 2018.

Briefed and advised higher management in training, operations, and support pertaining to effectiveness and efficiency in the completion of all military training exercises, including two exercises with participants from over 20 countries.
