Union League of Philadelphi June 2011 - March 2020 I performed (FSA) duties Food Searvice Attendant in which I was responsible for making sure plate ups were complete with dietary meals & regular meals, along with the correct amount of meals were available for any given function(s) I was in charge of providing for...I also then retrieved any dressings, condiments, glass ware, dish ware, & correct amount of utensils to perform the function...after which I would run the hot box to it's designated panrty area...serve out the plates of food to servers in stacks of 10 to serve out their section(s)...then clear the pantry area & work the party from the back receiving returning china, glasses, & utenils...when the function(s) complete, I would deep clean & reorganize the pantry for the next function.
