During my 5 years in the General Manager position at Rosedale Filter Components, I have demonstrated leadership, superior work habit proficiency and would appreciate the opportunity to speak with you and discuss employment opportunities.
Throughout my career I have mainly been involved in customer service. While I was a General Manager, I was able to cover every position in the company. This allowed me to widen my customer services skills. While communicating with corporate was a large responsibility I also would have contact with customers during order entry but I would also answer any billing or tracking questions. While I was in the shipping department I had contact scheduling freight companies. I feel I could be a profitable asset to your company. I have a combined total of over 20 years customer service experience.
