• Supervised and maintained records for a caseload of up to 250 misdemeanor and felony probationers via office visits, field visits, telephone contact, and written correspondence.
• Performed intake and initial risk level assessments for newly sentenced probationers.
• Referred probationers to counseling and treatment as required by the court, or when deemed necessary by probation. Monitored and documented progress and compliance. I used LEADS for record checks and as needed to monitor for new arrests and/or warrants.
• Provided written and verbal reports to attorneys and judges.
