Developed SQL, Excel based reporting, quoting, inventory, tracking and costing business policies and written procedures. Automated monthly inventory count, recording and adjustment procedures with custom reporting, and transaction automation.
Manage OSHA/SHARP certification processes, all Facility and Maintenance on all production Equipment with OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) quality control metrics.
Managed all IT Projects, and reporting with weekly recap and strategy and update meetings and all projects from conceptual development, organization, budget and implementation through use of Gannt and RACI tools.
Researched and developed MIS system for secondary Value Added Services Line.
Coordinate directly with Controller on all financial projects, manage all purchasing, and helped control Accounts Receivable/Payables.
Helped develop and improve current MIS, UA Business Software with direct development, IT projects, and SQL/Excel supplemental exports.
Managed teams and leads from 1 to 30 people, monthly 1:1 meetings, 9 box ratings, HR concerns, and bonus allocations based on performance as well as OSHA 300 reporting ad injury tracking.
Converted, built and launched new Online Shopping and customer Invoice portals.
Managed Company Events committee, held quarterly BBQ and events, Year End party planning.
