Worked with all departments in the hotel and lent a hand when needed. Interviewing, hiring, firing and helped with training. Ensured all staff did yearly training, ordering of supplies and linens for both hotel and Convention Center, group sales for hotel, met with prospective clients at the Convention Center and write up contracts, oversee maintenance and housekeeping. Ensure all rooms were brand compliant . Helped with check ins and check outs especially when busy, help with room checks. I implemented check lists for each shift and/or departments.
