1. Organization : Jindal Panther Cement Pvt. Ltd. (Greenfield project) Duration : January 2023 to till date.

Current Role and Responsibilities

Currently working as Deputy Manager Project.

Responsible for conceptualization of new schemes for strategic requirement and process improvement.

Responsible for Budget preparation and technical evaluation of offers received.

Responsible for follow-up with OEMs.

2. Organization : UltraTech Cement (Greenfield project), Pali (Raj.) Duration : April 2021 to December 2022.

Role and Responsibilities

Worked as Assistant Manager Project and looking after Raw material handling circuit.

Responsible for Erection and commissioning of Stacker, Reclaimer, conveyor structure and Belt conveyors.

Study of all fabrication and erection drawings and to give required comments and maintain it.

Responsible for inspection of all material received from supplier and to give clearance of GRN.

Erection Billing, planning of complete Project fabrication and Erection.

Follow-up with supplier for timely and sequential delivery of equipment. 3. Organization : Wonder Cement Ltd., Nimbahera, Chittaurgarh (Raj.) Duration : April 2013 to April 2021.

I was working as Sr. Engineer (Projects) and responsible for erection and commissioning of plant and machinery.

Responsible for conceptualization of new schemes for strategic requirement, process improvement, budgeting, tender preparation, tender floating and technical evaluation etc.

Have exposure of working with various major technology providers in cement i.e. Thyssen, KHD, Pfeiffer, IKN, Thermax, Himenviro, Aumund, Beumer, Reitz, FLS, Elecon, Takraf etc. Site Erection and Commissioning

WCL Line-3:- Pyro section

Erection & Commissioning of 8000TPD Kiln (5.6/5 X 75 mtr).

Erection & commissioning of IKN Cooler (8000 TPD).

Erection and Commissioning of ESP (Double inlet and outlet), Blending silo, Clinker silo, Bucket elevators and DPC (Beumer and Aumund).

Ensuring safe practices which are adhered to, with all rules & regulations prevailing as per world- class safety standards, upkeep with the environment and housekeeping. Identifying, prioritizing & assessing risks at different phases of site execution & to prepare action plan to mitigate risks.

Responsible for contractor billing.

WCL Line-2:- Pyro section

Erection and Commissioning of complete Pyro section, 8000 TPD kiln (5.6/5 X 75 mtr).

Erection of Pre-heater, process fans, Cooler ESP, Bucket Elevators, DPC and accessories. Lime stone crushing

Erection and commissioning of Lime stone crusher Impactor APPM 2022 (1300 TPH).

Erection & commissioning of Apron feeder, wobbler, vibrating screen, Belt conveyors and related accessories.

Packing Plant

Erection and commissioning of 16 spout Packer (FLS Ventomatic), Truck loading machines, Belt conveyors, Bucket elevators & accessories.

Space frame shed erection & Clinker wagon bulk loading

Completed erection of stockpile shed for Additive (240 mtr. long, 90 mtr. span) and coal (60 mtr long, 97 mtr. span).

Detailed study of fabrication drawings, preparation & compilation of BOM for steel procurement and to ensure no scarcity of steel sections at site by timely ordering of steel.

Erection & commissioning of Clinker bulk loading system for wagon loading. WCL Line-1:- Maintenance Management

To ensure day to day maintenance and condition monitoring.

Planning and effecting Predictive and preventive maintenance schedules of various equipment’s to reduce machine down-time / equipment reliability, thereby achieving planned production targets.

Coordinating plant activities to set up standards with accountability for strategic utilization & deployment of available resources to achieve organizational objectives.

Attended three Annual shutdowns and performed maintenance work for various equipment as Chain and Belt bucket elevator, Air slides, Centrifugal fans, wobbler and apron feeder, replacement of crusher blow bars, belt conveyors, Chain conveyors etc.

As a member of power consumption team responsible for checking all bag filters of plant for their effective working at minimum power consumption and reduced power consumption by 10 KWh by modification in venting lines and changing purging mode. Material Management

Minimizing performance bottlenecks for high productivity with optimization of men, material & machine.

To plan major shut down jobs and scheduling of required material and manpower for the same.

Preparing work order, issue slips, service entry sheet, Purchase requisition and other reports using ERP.

Identification and codifying of line-1 project balance material. EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
