As a Turnaround Planner, utilize SAP to detail plan pipe, tanks, tower, and exchangers, as well as piping projects and end of life equipment change outs. Build job folders for minor/major jobs: folders include scope/ITP docs, plan, pictures, specs and material BOMs for execution teams for multiple production units. Planning also includes field walk of all jobs, pictures and review/discussion with unit supervision to validate clarity of work scope prior to planning and detailed job estimates. Read P&ID's, Blueprints and Mechanical/Pipe Specifications. Coordinate all different crafts during execution of Turn around and update the schedule activities to report on Update T/A meetings.

Turnaround Mechanical Planner AWR/Change Log Planner

Create work orders, convert notifications in SAP, verify status of scope and plan accordingly. Build packages that include PID’s, Plot plans, specs, Equipment and bundle drawings, (photographs as required), work with purchasers to order material, engineer to establish accurate specs per what is in the field and what is required by client. Prepare bid packages for contractors. Create/ modify equipment BOM's in SAP, create rec's for PO's, plan turnaround jobs in SAP. Release work order for maintenance, release materials for ordering. Input WBS’s and settlements. Verify equipment BOM’s in SAP per current specs. Update BOM’s to current specs. Create service, purchase recs in SAP.
