Jetz Service 02-2022 – Present

Branch Manager

• Oversee sales and service for laundry machines (washer & dryers) to colleges, multi- family housing, Apartments, and condos.

• Set scheduling dates to install washer & dryers for my install team.

• Manage over one service manager and one account manager two installers two remote service techs one local service technicians and one collector and an administrative assistant.

• Manage daily operations of building including all maintenance and lawn care service.

• Ensure all laundry equipment is delivered in a timely manner.

Project Manager

• Manager over 56 quality inspectors including supervisors and team leaders at the Honda Marysville Auto Plant.

• Promoted to Assistant manager over operations on 2nd shift at 2I.

• My duties included staffing 175 associates, 3 Supervisors and 7 team leaders (when both lines where running)

• Ensure daily operation was running productively and efficiently.

• Over-seeing all inbound and outbound going freight was accurately being loaded and unloaded according to all SOPs.

• Checking to confirm that all short parts were getting to MAP as quickly and safely as possible.

• Having my supervisors cross train all their associates in different departments to ensure there was depth at those process.

• Getting with my team leaders to make sure that all associates are signed off on their SOPs for the process that they are working on.

• Creating SOPs to identify and correct any abnormal that may happen.

• Constant communication with the customer (Honda Marysville Auto Plant) and any suppliers that may have expedites coming in. Assigning work details to the supervisors and team leaders.

• Meeting with all yard drivers to confirm that they are in understanding of any and all yard safety protocols.

• Weekly meetings with my manager to go over any issues that may have come up during the week.

• Oversee daily operations of the Shipping Department including Small Lots, and Train Build areas

Shipping Supervisor - 9/12 – 8/18

• Promoted to shipping supervisor at East Liberty Plant ELP.

• Over seen daily shipment of containers to various suppliers,

• Make sure that all quantities of containers were correct along with confirming that the shipping locations are update and accurate.

• Confirm that all BOLs are filled out correctly and shipping clerk was informed of all changes from pervious shift

• Made sure that all my team leaders are aware of any changes and had them double check shipper’s paperwork to confirm accuracy.

• Confirm that all information the shipping clerk was inputting into the YMS (Yard Management System) system was correct.

• Filled out end of shift report to pass on all information to next shift to set them up for success.

• Entered all associates time into ADP to ensure correct pay adjustments to associates Team Leader – 6/10 – 9/12

• Promoted to team leader at the Marysville Honda Plant (MAP)

• I was over the East department making new routes for the tugger operators to follow when dropping off their parts to the production lines. This was their new start up for material services for MEI line side deliveries.

Forklift Operator – 1/06 – 6/10

• Hired on at Midwest Express Inc. as a forklift operator to unload containers from both MAP and ELP plants.
