Follow standard and non-standard operating procedures to prepare and bond composite parts and assemblies;

• Use hand, power, and machine tools to prepare, and clean process tools, equipment, parts, assemblies, or machinery where needed. Equipment used may include hand knife, automated power or hand cutters, computerized plasma equipment, cranes or other lifting devices, oven operations, and other shop equipment;

• Capable of providing assistance with process problems, documenting issues effectively and following up on open issues;

• Record operations of parts accurately and legibly where required, including but not limited to on routing sheets, operation sheets, department documentation, or terminals to ensure ethical recording of part documentation;

• Use simple inspection devices such as visual standards, protractors, calipers, micrometers, feeler gage, steel rules, and gages to ensure quality of work. Required to inspect and certify own work to established standards;

• Organize work areas, maintain a clean work environment, plan tasks with team, perform assigned work and meet or exceed cost, quality and schedule needs.

• Perform routine preventative maintenance of equipment and tools used on a daily basis

• Other duties as assigned and required.

"X-47B" This team laid the way for future bisuness with that customer, by exceeding the deadlines and delivereing a quality part on time. By meeting such deadlines a major cost reduction was felt by our team all across the board.
