Inspected appliances, commercial fryers and ovens to verify proper working order.
Changed and sanitized cutting boards, benches and

Garbage Disposal policy.
Directly accept order from Ship's Captain.
Directly communicating with Head office regarding
reporting and Monthly Vessel's Budget.
