• Citizens Coordinator • Contractor Connection

Onboarding points of contact for client, direct liaison for processes and procedures with Contractors,

Account Manager, District Manager and Supervisors; collecting client deliverables for activation to meet client and network requirements.

• Senior Membership Services Coordinator

Track all inbound selections, assist team with

workload, co-train new personnel, cover additional territories as needed, aid department members with inquiries as well as guidance and share overview of department responsibilities.

Research and provide information to external

departments, maintain current procedures and

protocols, reports and data. Maintain special

contractor groups and provide assistance in special projects.

• Membership Services Coordinator

Collaborate with the assignment center to identify contractors for Daily NCF’s, while also managing and maintaining a CAT worksheet for CAT NCF’s and

communicate with contractors to reactivate and

mobilize to the needed areas.

Sole handler for National Restorations and HMI –

maintaining all deliverables for all affiliates of both organizations to meet client and network

requirements.

Assist with multiple client rollouts and expansions by collecting deliverables on a larger scale for added activations.

Credentials and activated contractors for the

California Gas Leak while also assigning incoming

claims for this specific event.

Maintained credentialing of contractors for any given territory. Communicated with contractors during CAT situations to encourage mobilization and broadening their coverage area.

Canada during the initial Country stand up while

collecting all required deliverables and maintaining all the required documentation.
