In my 18 years of my career I have trained pipefitters to become welders, held classes for entry level trainees wanting to become certified, conducted training on a individual basis and small groups. Created inventory sales, guidelines and oversaw small quotes for special projects .I would bring many great amenities with me to ensure success and integrity as well as many other traits. My innovated mindset Is continuously seeking new knowledge and growth. While being a bit of a perfectionist, I understanding time management and creative planning are a critical, and a essential part of a leaders fundamentals rapped with problem solving and motivational skills.
As I am very familiar with OSHA safety regulations and PPE standard. I have a niche for customer satisfaction and always trying to find a way to make things faster better, while continuing to stay proficient and be safe.
