To improve the search results and show relevant results, NLP models were studied, fine tunned, tested with real data and a new process was designed and developed to look for best matching, using occupational sources (NOC / ONET), having labelled clusters, the new approach increased the result’s accuracy from 50% to 90%. Created Endpoint for the models and deployed the selected model into production in AWS. Amazon SageMaker was used to work and collaborate with other team members and to facilitate communication, reports were published on Confluence, (Model details, performance and evaluations). Designed, built, evaluated and deployed robust, scalable, and production-ready ML models. Airudi Inc, Montreal, Canada [Oct 2021 – Dec 2022] To improve the Recommendation system, a new process (Filtering and Ranking Algorithm) was designed and developed, increasing the result’s accuracy from 30% to 80%. The new process included a preselection step
(filtering) and a selection step (selecting highly ranked matches after scoring). Developed a text parser to extract features from plain text, using NLP-based models (language models) and occupational sources, to add more features to the selection process making it more flexible and user friendly, while returning better predictions and recommendations.
