Work experience
DRSCO 1990 to present. Served as Head of Land Acquisition and Working Partner. In that role I identified properties for potential acquisition. I oversaw all due diligence issues, including cost of development analysis and profitability projections. Also, as an attorney with experience with the Ca Environmental Quality Act I was also responsible for processing zoning approvals through discretionary entitlement (Gen Plan, EIR Cert, Specific Plan, Tentative Map). Over the relevant time period DRSCO acquired, managed, and sold approximately 6-8000 residential sites. These properties were sold upon discretionary approval to a number of merchant builders. These properties were located throughout Northern California (Sacramento, Sonoma, Solano, San Joaquin, and Merced counties.
Rose/Bell Investments 1993 to 2018. During the time that I worked with DRSCO I founded and served as Managing Director of Rose/Bell Investments LLC, an Arizona limited liability company. During this time I identified and acquired a number of multi tenant industrial properties and two retail commercial properties in the Phoenix area. These properties averaged between 50-70,000 sq ft and were located in North Phoenix, Phoenix, Mesa, and Goodyear.Many of these properties were held for considerable periods of time during which I was responsible for all operational issues, including leasing, maintenance, finance, and disposition.
