Summary
I am an Administrative Assistant with 4 years’ experience. I have worked in a variety of State Departments and with many different types of management. I respond well and thrive with multiple levels of authority, also where I need to step in lead. I believe that this is due to my strong and effective communication skills.
I am great at streamlining processes and improving workflow and in being proactive before problems arise.
I have an ability to stay calm and diffuse situations whether it be between other colleagues or inmates.
I have excellent attention to detail and can multi-task and maintain accurate results. I enjoy learning new things and taking on challenges. My goal is to find a Department that will allow me to learn and advance within the Department so I can offer my fullest value to the Department. I am proficient in MS Excel, Word & Power Point, M-Track, O-Track, Web Track, Finet, and UDOCA as well as other programs unique to the various jobs I have held in the past.
