Shisheng Song born in Tsingtao, China. Shisheng began his musical education at age six. He joint affiliated middle school of Tianjin Conservatory of Music at 2008, and he was recommended to the Tianjin Conservatory of Music without audition, and get his bachelor degree in 2015, studying with string department chairman Prof. Ke Qu. He was concertmaster of Tianjin Conservatory of Music’s Orchestra. After graduate from Tianjin Conservatory of Music, he joint Tianjin Symphony Orchestra, then became a official member of Ningbo Symphony Orchestra, as acting principal of Ningbo Symphony Orchestra from 2015 to 2022, was appointed by artistic director & chef conductor, president of China Central Conservatory of Music Feng Yu. In August 2022, he came to the USA, studying in the Eastman School of Music in Master of Music program, studying with Prof. Yoojin Jang.

As a chamber music player, Shisheng hold his string quartet concert in 2010, and present the school to join Shanghai Conservatory of Music’s chamber music festival, and hold a concert. After join Ningbo Symphony Orchestra, he plays numerous string quartet concert as 1st violin.

After join Tianjin Symphony Orchestra and Ningbo Symphony Orchestra, Shisheng plays almost all the concerts of music season’s concert, has a large repertoire of symphonies. And have cooperate with a lot of conductors. From Feb. 2023 he became a regular section member of Helena Symphony Orchestra. And he is also a faculty member of Eastman Community School of Music.
