In this position, I answered incoming calls, typed the weekly BEAT, which was distributed through Constant Contact email, to the members, prospective members, and the community. I also typed and proofread their quarterly bulletin, The Voice of Beth Jacob, which was mailed and linked on their website, as well as Facebook, for members and the community. The quarterly bulletin was done in a booklet form, which included the schedule of classes that was offered, visiting scholars and musicals offered, as well as guest speakers.
