Partners with the Planner for the assigned region when scheduling appointments. Identifies the preferred appointment to meet customer service goals, rail cut-off, and maximize our network of capacity

Reviews available capacity within the geographical area shipping region, including empty equipment on the street, and schedules pickup appointments with predefined guidelines.
