●A sampling of major projects/initiatives I have managed at IPG Health:
oComplete renovation of 20 Conference Rooms including upgrade to latest technology video conferencing equipment and replacement of furnishings
oComplete renovation of 18 bathrooms including all new electrical/plumbing fixtures, flooring and partitions
oRenovation/upgrade/expansion of main lobby stadium seating space (replacement of cushions, installation of wood flooring, lighting fixtures)
oCompletely reorganized significant existing asset overflow (i.e. furniture, flooring, lighting), through the implementation of proprietary software (Asset Labelling)
●Managed the sourcing and procurement efforts for PPE at all NY/NJ locations including the development and rollout of (onsite) Covid protection protocols throughout the pandemic. (e.g. installation of touchless faucets, directional signage, acrylic barriers and hands free door entries in all restrooms, etc.)
●Led and managed the rollout of IPG’s post-Covid hoteling initiative including the implementation of a digital facilities management system (iOFFICE). This new tool also included the facilitation of new employee onboarding for all IPG Health employees.

Managed the seamless relocation of 75 associates without interruption or impact to normal business operations
