Brought onboard in a limited time frame to dedicate to the existing application used in Probusiness to help close and integrate to a new global payroll roll system of ADP Vantage within a goal-oriented conversion for the company.

To support the office day to day duties during a Covid based office of most remote workers by being in office daily to run payroll checks and distribution of termination and pro-rated new hires and work to onboard the employee’s into the system in keeping with the new rules and grandfathered rules of Xilinx from acquisition.

To support the ongoing team and prepare for changes within headcount of the team and train with two offices from Malaysia and Texas offices on new product by testing and attending training.

Entry of onboarding information for each employee to get them set up for payroll deadlines and follow up with them if do not have all the information to pay them correctly.

Worked with in house Notary for signatures needed.

Trained employees on password resets for self-service application of Workforce Now for timesheet entries. Also set up schedules for same hourly employees.
