• Country Head & Consultant with M/s Larson & Toubro Limited. Bhutan An elite Engineering Company having a GoI & RGoB Hydropower Project of 1200 MW with almost 3000 workforces. Main responsibility Administrative Management, Client Servicing, Human Resources Management, Communication & Public Relations. Headed the Liaisoning & IR division in Thimphu Zone (Bhutan) with the Government.

• Key Achievements: Country Head for CSR project and was deputed as a focal person for the CST Programme with the MoLHR - Royal Government of Bhutan.

March 2008 to May 2010

• Worked as Head of Operations (Greeting Card Division) with M/s Archies Limited. Delhi, India

Technology solution with Creative, Production and Fabrication Units of different divisions (Archies, Paper Rose & Gibson). Production management, periodic face- to-face meetings, performances, Administrative Management, Human Resource Management, Audits, M I S, Production reports, Overseeing daily scheduling, Ensuring and monitoring Operation management, and delivery management.
