Scope of My Work
Report to Chairman and responsible about providing office management services to the management. This includes maintaining office services and efficiency, supervising office staff and maintaining office records and reports.
Duties and Responsibilities
Manage office operations and procedures.
Prepare travel booking and accommodation.
Manage correspondences with domestic and international destinations.
Conduct prefect reports (annually, quarterly and monthly).
Liaise with Board Members and as same as with the company departments
Maintain contracts of the office equipment.
Prepare a perfect presentation biyearly and annually for the results of company operations.
Ensure filing systems are maintained and up to date.
Monitor some of projects and prepare schedule of some tasks within required timeframe and coordinate with resource managers and supervisors to get all approvals.
Record MOM for the meeting of management.
Arrange meetings and conference calls for management (including coordinating all meeting logistics, developing agendas and meeting materials, etc.).
Provide general support to VIP visitors.
Create effective dashboard along with analyzing data in a professional presentations.
Establish and review contracts and agreements, and coordinate with the legal consultant of the company.
Ensure office efficiency is maintained by carrying out planning and execution of equipment procurement, layouts and office systems.
Allocate tasks and assignments to subordinates and monitor their performance.
Perform review and analysis of special projects and keep the management properly informed.
Determine current trends and provide a review to management to act on.
Participate actively in the planning and execution of company events.
Establish and monitor procedures for record keeping.
Develop the processes and policy of administration operations.
