Job Summary

Manage daily operations, generate revenue, develop and implement business strategies and design program that is aligned with the company values to meet the company objective and for continual development of the organization.

With experience in logistics / delivery and supply chain, sales and marketing, planning, forecasting and P&L.

Excellent selling process and knowledgeable of international trading. Personally represented raw materials and food and bakery ingredients manufacturers from USA.

Ability to assess problems and develop realistic solution, coordinate with other department’s staff and negotiate with both customers, suppliers and other persons within the organization.

Willing to help people, friendly, service-minded and able to work overtime.

SCOPE OF WORK

1.Sales and Marketing

a.Daily sales and marketing of bakery and food ingredients to industrial accounts, retailers and distributors. Including equipment for production and quality assurance.

b.Acquire new accounts (at least 10% increase vs previous year) and retain existing accounts. Add new product usage for existing accounts.

c.Increase sales by at least 15% annually.

d.Lead in events, fairs and promotional activities with regards to product launches.

e.Handle import and export of products. Communicate with potential principals on the features and benefits of their products.

f.Negotiate and bid on forward sales and indent sales thru portals of clients.

g.Provide after sales service and assistance to existing and potential clients thru technical discussions and repair and maintenance of equipment.

h.Frontliner and respond promptly to all QA issues (NQDs, rejections of deliveries) and attend to suppliers meeting.

i.Conduct in store or group demos for use and benefits of carried products.

2.Logistics and warehousing

a.Coordinate with forwarders and shipping lines with regards to documentations, schedules and other details of imports or exports of products.

b.Acquire pertinent documents from government agencies handling imports and exports business.

c.Monitor movement of shipments from warehouse to destination ensuring timely delivery per client’s request or schedule.

d.Assure drivers and helpers meet the required safety requirement and protocols of clients to avoid delays or rejection of delivery.

e.Ensure ample stocks for buffer and available stocks for selling by getting real time floor inventory level.

3.Accounting, Administration, Supply Chain Management and Others

a.In charge of collection, maintenance of facilities (i.e. computers, internet connections, etc..)

b.Perform IT minor troubleshooting and coordinate with 3rd party service providers requirements and issues.

c.Conduct supervision of collectors, drivers and other personnel and help them achieve their daily tasks.

d.Ensure all utilities and equipment in the office are functioning well and performs maintenance duties.

e.Purchase services or goods of third party such as raw materials, packaging, transport, utilities, and others required by the company.
