Assisting customers with fraud claims and filing claims for investigation to ensure no international fraud is taking place. The Ability to close accounts once my investigations found customers at fault and open accounts based on customer profile and internal factors in reference to fraud. Contact authorities if necessary to protect customers and recoup funds. Opening new accounts once compromised if necessary and back office fraud detection research including camera review to determine true fraudulent situations. Maintained close relationship with local authorities and customers when funds were significant. Constant contact with customers to make them aware of the process and the stage that I am on, as to ensure customers get funds back as soon as possible. Diligent research on customer payment and debit history to determine patterns or possible unrecognized small debits.

Review customer loan request to ensure all state guidelines, credit worthiness issues are met. Maintained close relationships with sales and finance managers at dealerships in order to get customers funded. Assisted in verification of income, assets and insurance to verify customer is worthy of loans for approval. Upon approving, also assisted with getting funds sent directly to dealerships once all stipulations have been satisfied and verified. Team lead of approximately 5 associates, including training of new hires and review of loans.

OBJECTIVE
I’m looking for a career, that can challenge me. I’m always open to learning new thinks and really love finance, banking and auto finance, it’s my passion and I really enjoy it. I would like a position that allows me to exhibit my skills and prove to be a company asset.
