The essential function of my current position is to maintain multiple short– and long-term scheduling projects for my clients. This is done by interacting with priority and non-priority clients to assess meeting space requirements in person and by phone/email. Upon assessment, I input all meeting reservations and requirements, including set-ups, audiovisual and special requests into an electronic scheduling system and confirm reservations with clients. The final step of the process requires forwarding set-up information and audiovisual requirements to floor operations technicians and event coordinators. Other marginal functions of this position include generating and distributing daily/weekly/monthly and specialty reports as requested by management, creating and editing Standard Operating Procedure documents as scheduling needs change and general office duties as needed.

The essential function of this position was to create, prepare and negotiate leasing contracts for prospective and current tenants while also creating marketing strategies to increase visibility for our property in an effort to improve its occupancy rate. It was also my responsibility to maintain tenant records and other documentation in accordance with TDHCA standards. I was able to assist the Property Manager in executing tenant lease violations, inspections and evictions. Another function of this position involved creating maintenance reports for unit and property repairs and performing general office duties as needed.
