JPMC Application Exception Queue (JAEQ) is a queue that reviews and modifies inforamtion from various applications that are route to this queue because applications and/or checks did not pass the sysytem validations/ requirements checkpoints. The operators conduct research on any additional documents to provide the missing data in the feilds. operators ensure all possible corrections are addressed before routing for veritication. operations are also required to to pull physical transcations if the images are not legible for review in the system to gather and locate the missing data.
