DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Stock and set up stations with all supplies necessary

• Assist in the preparation of ingredients for service

• Cook items in the menu in cooperation with the rest of the culinary team

• Clean up stations and take care of leftover food

• Ensure that the food comes out with high quality and in a timely fashion

Weight, measure, mix, and prep ingredients according to recipe.

Maintain cut spacs of Different Proteins such as Beef flank, chiken, Rib eye steaks cuts and fish filleting
