PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Project Manager, APCO Graphics Inc. - Atlanta, GA October 2004 – Present

I was promoted to Project Manager after 3 months as an Assistant Project Manager. I followed that by attainting the role as Team Lead Project Manager. This indicates that I am eager to achieve my goals, a positive team player, and a very quick learner.

As a Project Manager I managed day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope. Identified resources needed, ensured project contract documents, city forms & permits were complete, current, and executed appropriately. I also prepared closeout documents for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures. This is only part of my extensive knowledge and experience.

As a Team Lead Project Manager I was responsible with delegating duties and tasks, the creation and carried out project work plans with revisions as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. Reviewed deliverables prepared by team before passing to client. Effectively applied company methodology and enforced project standards to minimize exposure and risk on project. This also speaks to my experience and knowledge gained in a short time, and my ability to quickly adapt to changing circumstances, while maintaining excellent interpersonal communication skills.

I processed orders, returns, shipments, and securely handled customer credit card information. I always maintained a high level of customer and manager satisfaction winning sales awards twice in one year. This gave me superior skills and experience in customer service, and customer satisfaction.

I was also responsible for promotional presentations and implementing sales programs in the Southeast region flagship store by working directly, with regional buyers, on department inventory & direction for upcoming seasons. This provided me experience in retail operations, financial systems, and front-office administration.

Asst. Manager, Enterprise Rent-A-Car - Jacksonville, FL October 1996 - 2000

I worked with the office manager to ensure branch performance was profitable and efficient. I managed all forms and responsibilities of daily branch operations, objectives and employee training. This gave me experience in first call resolution, team management and aggressive marketing strategies.

As an assistant manager I helped maintain the highest income for a branch and also expanded branch fleet from fourth to first largest in North Florida. This enhanced my ability to focus on and manage details on multiple of projects at a time; Projects such as fleet planning, local marketing strategy & sales call schedule while making sure customers were satisfied which was a top priority. This also speaks to my customer service skills, and adaptability experience.
