Function as backup to Production Manager in his absence,

Organize and manage daily work flow by adding work orders, issuing material to work orders and the completion of work orders in the ERP system. Enter tracking/QC Reports into excel. Check required dates and schedules to be sure work orders can be completed in time to meet deadlines. Retrieve materials or coordinate with warehouse to retrieve materials needed from inventory to complete work orders. Notify Production Manager when unable to complete work orders due to lack of product and when stock levels are low. Hand pack assorted glue stick sizes into poly bags based on work orders, including obtaining 20, 25 or 30 pound boxes of bulk product to begin process. Place poly bags on conveyor to be sealed. Repackage as well as rework of glue guns, removing and changing out artwork, adding additional product, re-staple, etc. per direction of work order. Pack full cartons with inner bags of products. Load full boxes onto skids, and move skids to warehouse using pallet jack. Coordinate with shipping for required labels, and when work orders are complete and ready to be received into stock.
