Senior Advisor @ Delphi Thermal leading Electronics Integration group of 12 engineers developing 21st Century sub-systems in Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning (HVAC), Automatic Defogging System, Set & Forget control algorithm, Auxiliary Heating system, Air Filtration and Ventilation schemes were developed for cars and trucks.

1996 – 1997

Chief Engineer @ Delphi Thermal led a task force of 20 engineers to improve product quality issues of Heat Exchangers and HVAC Modules manufactured in Lockport, NY plants. Dramatic quality improvements were achieved as measured in PPM.

1995 – 1996

Chief Engineer @ Delphi Thermal responsible for HVAC system and Heat Exchangers for GM’s Hybrid Vehicle and Fuel Cell program.

1990 – 1994

Assistant Chief Engineer @ Delphi Thermal developed and released Heat Pump system for the GM “IMPACT” Electric Vehicle; also provided guidance for components development for GM’s Hybrid Vehicle program.

1985 – 1990

Staff Engineer @ Delphi Thermal responsible for development of new products and system for HVAC and Engine Cooling. Developed HVAC module with a sliding mode door for Saturn vehicle; developed 5,000 Watts’s combustible gasoline pre-heater.
