Maintain 2 to 3 Machines, Lathes, or Mills.
Clean screens, and dump chip baskets, and check Coolant levels before startup, if low I fill it up.
Put parts onto a CMM to verify the machines are running good.
Unload and reload the Machine, check the parts to verify that tools are still working properly.
Check parts to make sure they are in Tolerance with pin gauges, thread gauges, micrometer gauges, and calipers.
If parts aren’t in tolerance I make a offset, then recheck the parts to make sure the right offset was made properly.
Deburr any Flash on parts with grinding wheel, or a triblade.
Leave test pieces for the next shift, clean and sweep area, refill coolant for the next shift.

When finished picking both orders, I would wrap them with plastic to keep products secure and ready for shipping, print out shipping labels for each pallets
Confirm each shipping labels with my paper work, label pallets
Take each pallet to correct shipping trailor with conformation of trailor serial number
