I did do some time out here in Arizona and during that time I achieved my building maintenance certificate in the seven courses total 21 credits plus Pima college some radio Salado college and CAC of course during the time I spent a good 20 years doing building maintenance on all of the buildings I work with some of the top gray shirts in the complexes ranging from AC certification all the way down to plumbing electrical foundation surveying blueprinting I also handled 15 guys on my crew as their crew leader was responsible for their actions plus all of the tool equipment and the job being done correctly and safely OSHA train several times I had OSHA certificates coming out I never renewed them yet but I could get them real quickly my college credits are very verifiable as far as Driving experience coming out I drove for our church for a long time and about a year I transported people back and forth to the jobs their appointments probation and parole offices it's kind of a liaison for them so to speak some of them couldn't speak for themselves and some of them had absolutely no idea how to even start their benefits or even try to get a job I was responsible for that I work with it Ed Higgins he owned the house up on Mary Jane Lane where I started once I transitioned out of that home and on to my own on to my own apartment I got a job working for Phoenix Rack & axle actually great job delivering parts, driveshafts rack and pinion steerings, gear boxes steering gear boxes,CV axles, picked up and received monetary from customers .great customer service,I love people love talking to people getting to know them and I really think shops are cool they're just my favorite thing to go and see I love seeing different shops and little knickknack cars they got stuffed in the back and got several pictures of many of them but it's just something I enjoy I love to drive I love anything mechanical and I'm good at it I'm very quick to learn all you have to do is show me one time and I'm there I'm very loyal to the people that hire me unfortunately Steve at Phoenix Rack and axle couldn't really they don't really pay a whole lot for delivery drivers they don't give more than minimum wage. unfortunately they don't get raises and I just I'm not built to be an absolute inside door guy I'm just not it's like factory work to me and I can't do it I'm the type of person that likes to be moving I want to deliver I want to see people I want to go places and I want knowledge from everywhere I Go and I want a relationship with the people that I speak to that's the most important to me you know customer service is not about getting out and selling a product customer service is about getting out and introducing yourself and becoming a relationship to that individual the connection from from him to the company I work for that's what's important about customer service and I think it's Paramount in any kind of company and whether you want to hire me or not I know my resume was kind of sketchy at first and it's only because I haven't sat down and taking the time to speak to anybody indeed.com is giving me that opportunity to actually speak my mind and I just want you to know that if I am giving the grateful opportunity to come and be one of your employees,as a driver and all around whatever you need me to do cuz I'm experienced in a lot of things then I will be absolutely loyal to a falt sometimes that's hurts sometimes it don't but people tell me I need to stop wearing my heart on my sleeve but I don't know God is giving me that servant heart and that's all there is to it sometimes I can keep it under control sometimes I can't

Work Experience
Route driver 36 box truck
Glover's Solutions Inc - Apache Junction, AZ
November 2022 to Present
On this particular job I'm responsible for a 36 ft box trailer truck this piece of equipment is not only very large the can be very dangerous I consider this equipment very high impact so my driving ability speaks for itself I've never had an accident I've never had a speeding ticket never a DUI or anything crazy like that I always took driving as a very responsible Act I think everyone should when we get behind the wheel of any vehicle we're driving a weapon that weapon can be very dangerous and can kill people including yourself that truck is compounded 10 to 15 times a regular car or smaller truck because of the weight the size and the easiness it is to get it off balance the good gust of wind can knock that trailer over if you're not careful my point being I don't just blow smoke if I tell you I know something then I know it there's a lot of things that I don't know and I love to learn things that I don't know but if I tell you I can p.m. AC unit 18 ton Maybe heat pump as well I can do that if I tell you I can change out a 900 gallon flash broiler I can do that I've done it if I tell you I can take 400 gallon tanks and put them in a row and do all the lying gas and not just the gas but we're talking the pipe the threading the measuring the calculations everything start finish I can do that I've done it if I tell you I can take care of a an air handler that looks like a trailer and it's just in their Handler huh with a motor that weighs over 400 lb with a five rib belt that is almost 6 ft long in diameter 3 ft radius I can do that because I've done it if I tell you I can work on single phase 24360 I can do that if I tell you I can work on three phase 110 1.243 60 308 I can do that because I have I pulled contacts that look like Cracker Jack boxes big cracker boxes and clean them done all of this kind of stuff thanks to prison I didn't waste my time in there I took advantage of every opportunity that arose not just my schooling but the men that came in there and the women that came in there and worked his gray shirts they were very good at their trade and I'm like a sponge and I soaked it up no matter where I go no matter what I do I always learn because there's always someone that has something that I can learn from maybe your company is one I don't know I couldn't tell you that haven't met you yet whether I'm driving whether I'm doing Building Maintenance but I'm digging a ditch out back 3 ft deep 600 ft long just to listen with some pipe maybe some underground conduit underground water system I don't know I've done all that stuff too 20 years in there I've been doing building maintenance on several different complexes throughout the state and I've worked with some of the top gray shirts anyone could ever meet Steve Grimes he was he was one of the Boilermakers that was a boilermaker for 40 years and his knowledge his knowledge of of any type of water system was just amazing and I learned so much from him Mr Ashcraft best electrician I have ever met in my life he still works over in Doc as a gray shirt only he's one of the head gray shirts now he was excellent excellent electrician very valuable as far as teaching and learning from there's a couple of plumber guys that just astounded me they showed me a little shortcuts but they were efficient short shortcuts they were shortcuts that could be made without harming one way or the other and it made the customer happy which is DLC of course because it was cheaper but yet it was just as good as buying something expensive and running it a certain way you don't have to do all that I worked in the labor pool for for quite a while there's not a whole lot I can't do mechanically as far as Motors are concerned brakes brake systems the ABS is Masters the master cylinders plugs wires cams carburetors rear end differentials drive shafts CV joints I don't think there's a CV joint I couldn't fix as long as I had the parts even if I had your old Parts I could take them old parts and make them brand new put it back together and you have a brand new CV joint to put back in your vehicle not only is it lifetime warranty but it's absolutely guaranteed safe that's what's important I don't know I just know that right now I really like the job that I'm doing whether it goes full- time or not I have no idea yet I won't know until the season is over but I do know that after January the season will be over and one way or another I will either be looking for work or I will be contacting certain people that have spoken to and let them know so don't leave them hanging on a chain somewhere I'm not like that I don't like being done that way and I'm not going to do that to other people but anyway that's pretty much the skinny of what I know and now I know where I knew it from and who taught me sincerely Paul Vernon Johnson PJ for short.
