Utilize public market research and analyze market shares, growth value, and competition in regions to complete a business plan with SWOT analysis. Compare local services to Let’s Go! to determine competitive profit margins that allow for sustainability and growth.

Identifying growth for agency includes: initiate and negotiate with insurance companies throughout the credentialing process, actively seeking out stakeholders within market, identify their potential needs and create a service package to meet those needs within their budgetary requirements.

Once clients are acquired: collaborate with clients to develop individual needs summary and create SOPs for home and school treatment programs and assessments.

Manage processes to meet KPIs and analyze data to drive decisions for improvements and inefficiencies. Graham Behavior Services, NJ (2 yrs); Brett DiNovi & Associates LLC, NJ (5 yrs); Woodbridge Board of Education, NJ (2 yrs)

Created “a business plan” to reallocate resources, add specialized training to current staff and increase levels of efficiency and service output, to better serve the clients to the Board of Education in my district. This plan required an initial capital of $40M but would improve cost efficiencies, reducing the total yearly budget by $500M-$1MM and was approved and implemented. The plan also reduced staff burn out and provided the manager more time and greater reach for the program. Managed large caseloads up to 120.

Created the special education program department as the sole BCBA across 26 schools within the school district. Observed, analyzed, and identified gaps, inefficiencies, and needs within resources, staff, and services across all classrooms: general education and special needs.

Certified Crisis Trainer – conducted an average of two to three 2-day trainings per month for a maximum of 20 staff across 26 schools within the district. Presented and modeled procedures for verbal de-escalation and physical intervention and observed and delivered feedback to staff trainees on comprehension.

Ecological assessment of classrooms: staff submitted requests for client services, conducted assessments on initial observation, reviewed findings and provided plan to enhance environment on a broad scale for long term feasibility and minimize or remove needs to provide true services. At onset of services a fading plan or criteria to terminate services was included with specific data set requirements.

Worked within 3 tier model system to create and implement school wide initiatives, classroom specific initiatives and individual behavior plans. Utilized the minimum amount of resources to start with broader needs prior to specialized, costly and resource heavy interventions.

Trained parents, staff including teacher aides, clinicians, etc., ranging from 1:1 to groups of up to 200 persons on a multitude of topics within applied behavior analysis including: basics of ABA, crisis intervention, behavior function and motivation.

Demonstrated and presented yearly progress within my department to the Board of Education in layman’s terms showcasing progress across not just special education classrooms but general education as well due to the high level of services needed within this low-income family school district.

As the sole BCBA and head of the department I was responsible and reviewed all data collection performed by staff within school district as well as responsible for all clinical decisions and deemed prioritization level of all services provided.

Built rapport and actively collaborated with the stakeholders of services; which at times for a single student could be compromised of up to 10-15 different provider professionals with unique goals. Education
