2008-2012- Telecare Corporation – STRIDES program: teaching life skills, ADL’s, symptom management and coping skills; Case manager. Discharging adults with chronic and severe mental health disabilities from locked facilities, teaching them the life skills necessary to become and live successfully and as independent as possible in the communities they choose.

2014-2021 – TLCS, Inc.,- Assist and support all patients with developing, implementing, streamlining and individualizing care plans; both physical and mental health, medication. care plans and nursing care plans; order, record, dispense and store all clinical medications, treatments and clinic supplies; Complete daily, weekly and/or monthly assessments physician orders for neatness and legibility. Audit and complete Utilization Reviews (UR) on 300+ patient charts, teaching self- care classes;

Mental health recovery, sleep hygiene, medication management, symptom

management and assist patients with the dev coping skills.

2012-2013 - Attended Unitek Nursing School, Sacramento campus, in order to obtain a vocational certificate from the LVN program.

11/2013- Successfully completed the LVN program.

2014- Sat to test for and passed the State of California; Board of Vocational Nursing and Psychiatric Technicians exam for LVN licensure in the State of California.
