Discharging adults with chronic and severe mental health disabilities from locked facilities, teaching them the life skills necessary to become and live successfully and as independent as possible in the communities they choose.
2014-2021 – TLCS, Inc.,- Assist and support all patients with developing, implementing, streamlining and individualizing care plans; both physical and mental health, medication. care plans and nursing care plans; order, record, dispense and store all clinical medications, treatments and clinic supplies; Complete daily, weekly and/or monthly assessments physician orders for neatness and legibility. 2014- Sat to test for and passed the State of California; Board of Vocational Nursing and Psychiatric Technicians exam for LVN licensure in the State of California.
