AT&T Satellite Building - Santa Barbara, CA. Haz/Mat Demo of existing gas station and ground-up construction of 4,000 sq. ft. commercial space, occupied by AT&T. (2015)

Bacara Resort and Spa - Santa Barbara, CA. Remodel of five Bunker Buildings (20 rooms) with recirculation systems and lighting. Addition of Housekeeping closets in nine rooms; all completed concurrently and ahead of schedule. (2014)

Root 246 Restaurant – Solvang CA. New Construction and remodel of a derelict restaurant property into a 5-star Celebrity restaurant. Project was $4 million, and 23,000 sq. ft., included three dining rooms, two bars, and four banquet/ballroom facilities. Two commercial kitchens, designed specifically to the requirements of Chef Bradley Ogden. Met 7-month construction time table to facilitate a major Event deadline, working nights and weekends, as needed. Completed project on time and ahead of schedule. (2007-2008)

Birnham Wood Country Club – Montecito, CA. Ground-up construction of a 4500 sq. ft., Barry Berkus-designed custom luxury residence. Unique and challenging contemporary design, requiring innovative construction techniques, including installing hand-cut Ledger stone on floor-to-ceiling interior curved walls, and installing HVAC, plumbing and electric in open ceilings. (2008-2009)

PKJ Construction (2014)

Eureka Restaurant - Dallas, Texas. Complete construction of a 4500 sq. ft. restaurant/bar in downtown Dallas. Five-month period of Construction, working six and seven days a week to meet rigorous time schedule.

Richard Heimberg Construction (2012-2013)

Emerson Langdon Remodel – Ojai, CA. 4300 sq. ft. remodel of a residence. This $2 million remodel included office add-on, nursery room retrofit, relocation and rebuilding of Master Bath, and complete kitchen remodel. Scope of work included new windows, doors, flooring, bathrooms, cabinetry, lighting and interior surfaces throughout the residence. Addition of in-ground swimming pool.

DD Ford Construction (2010-2012)

Fernald Point Remodel - Montecito, CA. 6500 sq. ft. remodel/addition of 1924 residence. Project included repair and replacement of termite and dry-rot structural damage. Addition of a 2000-bottle wine Cellar, expansion and remodel of existing kitchen and Master Bedroom. Addition of an owner-designed Crafts room and office. Also included renovations of the Beach Cabana, Guest house, detached garage and Entry gates, as well as Hardscape and landscaping supervision.

Paul Franz Construction (2003-2006)

43-Acre remodel/Estate Development – Montecito, CA. Superintendent for $50 million renovation and new construction and development of Estate. The duration of the project was 3 years. Projects included:

-4000 sq. ft. addition to the 12,000 sq ft. main house, with complete renovations of the existing sq. footage.

-Ground-up construction of a 4000 sq. ft. Gate House, a private luxury residence on the property.

-Construction of a stone and oak Tea House with formal English Rose Gardens.

-Construction of a stone-walled Amphitheatre with seating for 200 guests.

-Addition of a lake with recirculating waterfall and a Fire Dept. compliant bridge.
