I working closely with clients on any specific needs such as rushes and 2nd appraisals. I was often requested to obtain payment from the borrower priors to conducting the appraisals.

Recruiting appraisers using HUD.gov, FHA website, ASC.gov just to mention a few. These tactics were used to obtain they best possible fess and turn times to accommodate our clients.

I working closing with the customer service manager and the Vice President on new clients and requirements. I relayed this information to other team members to ensure our pricing was correct and the block lists were being utilized.
