Worked with Novad (Hud) assigning Property Loss Inspections. Placing Courtesy calls to clients to notify of inspection to be scheduled. QC'd report for accuracy and submitted to the client. Provided rush orders directly with the client and assigned to vendor. Worked with vendors on all Property Loss Orders and Occupancy inspections to ensure timely submission.
It was my responsibility to assign new orders of all types, i.e., Full appraisals, FHA, drive by, desk top and field reviews. I maintained relationships with our vendors (appraisers) to ensure they provided proper credentials to complete the appraisals and would also negotiate fees.
I working closely with clients on any specific needs such as rushes and 2nd appraisals. I was often requested to obtain payment from the borrower priors to conducting the appraisals.
Recruiting appraisers using HUD.gov, FHA website, ASC.gov just to mention a few. These tactics were used to obtain they best possible fess and turn times to accommodate our clients.
I working closing with the customer service manager and the Vice President on new clients and requirements. I relayed this information to other team members to ensure our pricing was correct and the block lists were being utilized.
