I have extensive Secretarial/Administrative experience. I work independently, and love working with numbers and doing payroll. I am proficient in MS Office Word, Micro Soft Excel, Outlook, and some Power Point. I have experience with scanning documents, data entry, and word processing. OPERATIONS ASSISTANT/SCHEDULER, hes/wff facility maintenance at colonial williamsburg

I oversaw all aspects of the daily work orders for twelve (12) technicians. Responsible for the distribution of the Monthly Preventative Maintenance projects. I was the liaison for the residents, clients, vendors, and visitors. Scheduled and coordinated all training.
