Currently I am handling ExxonMobil, Shell, Kanad (Hospital), Mars, Nestle, Johnson & Johnson, Sanofi, Oracle, and Microsoft contracts.

Updating HSE plan for the contract and tracking the implementation.

Developing and monitoring implementation of training plan.

Review and develop Legal register and track the compliance.

Review HSE plan, Business continuity plan, HEMP (Hazards and Effects Management Plan) and sustainability plan with the contract holder.

Review Job Safety Analysis/ Risk assessments for the contract with the project lead.

Assessing, Auditing and approving subcontractor to perform contractual activities.

Monitoring all the FM contracts through Internal Audit and advising for the corrective action.

Providing training and encouraging staff to participate in Safety observation, safety walk and inspection.

Working as a training focal point for Teyseer employees as per the HSE plan. Arrange training for the staff. conduct safety training (in-house) for staff. Maintain training records & TBT records properly.

Conduct inspections & audits in all areas. Record all findings in action tracking register (ATR), follow up for the closer with the supervisors/ managers.

Monitor the safe condition of firefighting equipment and tools. Monitor tools and equipment inspection on regular basis as per the procedure of Qatar Shell.

Monitor chemical storage to keep it systematic and make sure that MSDS and COSHH of all hazardous chemicals/ materials are available.

Monitor safe work practices & procedures during working at height, electrical job, confined space, construction, excavation, and hot work activities. Review and assist in preparation of Method statement and JSA.

Participating in emergency drill and in BCP drill as per plan.

Prepare monthly HSE reports. Keeping record of all reports, daily inspections, and observations.

Input all deviations in ATR (Action Tracking Register) and track for its completion with concerned.

I am working as a Safety officer managing all the site HSE issues, reporting to Project manager, client & company’s corporate QHSE manger. Teyseer is having Operations and maintenance contract with the Qatar Petroleum in Ras Laffan Industrial City.

5. 16.05.2011 - 11.06.2011 JBOG Project (Jetty Boil Off Gas)

I worked as an HSE officer reporting to site HSE Manager. I handled the project as a replacement to fulfill the HSE requirement for a short period in JBOG project.

I worked as an HSE officer reporting to site HSE manager. Teyseer was working under the Shell contract where Shell was working on GTL Project.
