1. Asst. General Manager - Re-Positioning of a Barcelo-(Spanish Brand) Hotel to a Four Points by Sheraton (Marriott) – IMPZ Dubai January 2022 – Presently

Responsible in restructuring the Food & Beverage departments and make it commercially viable, rebranding the Hotel to a Marriott. The Hotel has 239 Keys and 6 Food & Beverage outlets. Successfully launch of the Hotel with positive guest review and have completed the ATO Audit. Revenue target of AED. 30 Million.

Formulate and make recommendations to the Executive Committee for short and long-term strategic plans for the hotel assets

Meet with hotel executive teams to review monthly & quarterly operating performance, annual business plans and longer-term strategic plans

Proactively identify and resolve ownership issues to maintain the integrity of the assets

Prepare investment summaries and make recommendations for major hotel expenditures

Analyse and track of return on investment for the assets as well as profit improving projects, either implemented or proposed

Provide input to monthly, quarterly and annual internal reports to the Executive Committee for all assets in the designated portfolio

2. Vice President – Operations – Atmosphere Hotels & Resorts August 2019 – August 2021.

Responsible is launching a Budget Brand – MySuprinn Globally by 2021 Q2 as SBU Head, with approx. 5000 keys by 2029. We are also in the luxury space with Atmosphere Hotels & Resorts in Maldives & Sri Lanka.

Strategic business leader of the vertical with responsibility for all aspects of the operation, including guest and team member engagement, financial performance, sales, and revenue generation and delivering a return on investment to both, Eon Hotels & Resorts and property ownerships.

Looking at cost optimization, focus on GOP of every property averaging 42% from 38% in Nepal and around 40% in India, and giving CHPL their first Fern Hotels / Beacon in Nepal. 4. Cluster Director Operations (Officiating as General Manager) – Admiral Plaza & Gateway Hotel – Dubai UAE.

April 2015- May 2017

Admiral Plaza & Gateway Hotel together has 330 rooms, centrally located in the heart of Dubai’s financial and historical district, Bur Dubai, on Khalid Bin Waleed Street. Budget Achieved of 40 million AED with a record of 91% Occupancy, with an Improve GOP of 4% over previous year, thru cost optimization.

Hotel went under renovation under my leadership.

Opened Atana Hotel in Tecom approx. 900 keys.

5. Pre & Post- Opening Director of Sales & Marketing – Radisson Blu, Guwahati – India.

November 2013 – March 2015

Branding, Launching, Contracting, RFP Negotiation. Establish and manage business relationships with key Leisure Agents, Corporate Travel Buyers. 197 Keys with 4 Food & Beverage outlets and 40000 Sq. Feet of Banqueting. Flagship property of Rezidor in Northeast of India, and the first 5 Star of the region. Achieved target of 70% months of operations following year achieved 85% of the budget, with a 45% GOP.

Portfolio Management: -

Responsibility is the identification and completion of real estate asset management initiatives which include running, refurbishment, development, and investment disposals worth approx focused on the Hospitality part worth approx. USD 250 Million.

• Strategic involvement in overseeing the Hotels on behalf of the Owner.

• Advising different Owners / Developers on the most suitable Hotel operators for the new developments.

• Coordinating relationships with different Operators

• Responsible for selecting, short listing Operators for new Hotel developments, inviting RFPs of the Hotel Operators, short listing on behalf of the client and presentation to the Clients, with our recommendations of the best suited Operator.

• Finalizing various Hotel Operators’ contracts for different brands and categories of Hotels.

• Asset managing on behalf of the Owners- new and existing hotels and other Hospitality related developments

• Negotiation and finalization of MOU and the definitive Agreements between the Owners and Operators
