Mortgage Loan Closer

Manage loan files and meet mandatory deadlines. Process and prep closing packages for mortgage closings. Contact attorney agents and mortgage lenders to coordinate closing dates and times. Successfully balance closing disclosure with settlement agents to ensure accuracy and compliance with mortgage lending regulations. Notify attorneys of any discrepancies with loan closings. Confirm and require that all closing conditions listed by underwriters are met prior to closing. Analyze files for errors with title binders and insurance policies. Update insurance policies as needed. Verify taxes owed or due on properties being refinanced or purchased. Check for prior liens or judgments on properties being used. Verify and confirm the accuracy of closing cost and address as needed. Contact clients’ employers to verify clients are employed prior to closing. Wire funds to attorneys for disbursement. Notify immediate supervisor of any escalating issues that may be in violation of mortgage regulations.

Teller/Relationship Banker

Teller: Responsibilities include opening and closing of the branch, customer service such as processing deposits, payments, check cashing, verifying ATM deposits and resolving customer complaints or concerns. Also responsible for answering phones, ordering supplies, cross-selling banking products and services to clients. Cash record keeping such as daily balancing of individual cash drawer, the main vault and accurately ordering and shipping currency. Also responsible for recording daily totals while maintaining branch cash limits. Float Relationship Banker: Travel from branch to branch managing existing client relationships to identify financial needs and refer to appropriate financial partners as needed. Deliver superior quality service in person or by phone such that client needs are met on a consistent positive basis. Support team sales process by offering products such as visa credit cards, checking accounts, saving accounts, debit cards, constant credit and other services.
