Project Description: Customer Revenue Critical Reporting system uses Customer care and Billing as primary source for reporting. CRCR NPAEs focuses on building new reports/enhance the existing reports/out files as part of CRCR.

Responsibilities:

Played the role of a Test lead.

As part of the O&M team, QA testing for prod incidents and ad hoc/recurring activities were performed based on the requests and priority.

Execute the ODI package and validated the data in OBIEE reports.

Critical Revenue Insight (CRI)

Client: Pacific Gas & Electricals, California, USA July 2022-Dec 2022

Project Description: CRI is a business-critical application providing revenue statistics and reporting. This data is leveraged by internal LOBs and provided to regulatory agencies as requested. The system resided in a TSO mainframe system with data from 2002, stored in virtual tape with PL/1 flat files . The project was a migration from Mainframe to Teradata with around 80 Power BI reports.

Responsibilities

Played the role of a Test lead.

Attended requirement analysis meetings with Business Analyst, Development team, Business users & Project status meetings.

Created Test Plan and successfully completed the review with the customer and got the approval from the Customer.

Prepared and reviewed Test Cases for the staging layer and core layer based on the mapping documents.
