What do I have to offer the organization or company that hires me? The following features:
First, I offer a person formed for the management, but not any management, refer to the direction hit in the middle of the change, in the middle of forces that impose the organization to identify and to develop new and better competition, to survive and to gain the first positions inside the industry and inside the market.

Fourth, I offer consultation for the making decisions; I apply the analysis system of variables values and of variable means, so that I tackle the problem object of study from the ends that pursuit the organization, up to the resources that the organization possesses to achieve his targets.
Fifth, I offer my analysis of how the competitors operate; the construction of strategies to overcome the competitors from an approach holistic: qualitative and quantitative; the implementation of actions to get over the obstacles and the achievement of the goals of the organization, by means of the construction of labor agreeable ambiences and of wide meaning for the collaborators.
